How long does it take for my order to ship?

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during holidays. Please allow 1-5 business days for us to process and ship your order from our supplier. Once it’s processed, transit time may take 5-20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

 

 Do You Offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders no matter the order total is via ePacket, USPS depending on the supplier we use to fulfill your order.

 

 How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible by contacting us via email at ladydivascloset@gmail.com so that we can correct your address before shipment. Once your package is shipped out, we will not be able to edit the address. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is entered correctly with all information pertaining to your address (apartment/suite/room numbers). 
If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you will be responsible for all the shipping fee, and it will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing your order.

Do all of you items ship within the USA?

We have various shipping facilities, so depending on which items you purchase they will ship from either our warehouse in the USA, China or Europe.

 

 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do. We ship to Canada, Mexico, UK, Australia, and certain parts of Europe, South/ Central America. The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit/debit card company used on the transaction.

Lady Diva's Closet and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as Lady Diva's Closet does not cover additional customs fee charges. Lady Diva's Closet is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.

 

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Unfortunately we don’t offer any expedited shipping at this time. Please contact us via email at ladydivascloset@ gmail.com if you need to receive your by a specific date, we are here to help in providing the best possible delivery date.

 

 How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped out, an email will be sent to notify you and tracking will be available as soon as it is provided by our supplier. You should create and account and navigating to My Orders, you may track the package, following its arrival to you.

 

 

Do You Refund Shipping Cost?

All orders include FREE SHIPPING. If you return an item you will be responsible for all shipping costs, unless the item was damaged, wrong size or wrong color.

To report a damaged item, please use the following process before returning:

Take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to ladydivascloset@gmail.com along with a description of the damaged item and your order number.

Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
